After You Sign Up...

Are you considering holding a readathon using our system but aren't sure exactly how difficult or complicated the process will be?

We have spent a year making this the easiest fundraising program available. We offer simple to follow, intuitive instructions for everyone in your group so that everyone remains on task. But know that although we made it simple it is the most comprehensive fundraising system available.

Unlike a cookie dough fundraiser or a gift wrap sale our fundraiser eliminates all the surprises and focuses on participation and maximization of effort.

When you, your teachers and your readers follow our instructions our system literally takes minutes a day and offers unreal financial potential.

Here are the few easy steps each member of group does:

Administrators

  1. Enter your start date: Use the date you plan to start your first reading session
  2. Choose where you'll read: Let us know if your readers will read together or if each reader will be responsible for their own reading sessions
  3. Enter Your Teachers: Enter the names and email addresses for your teachers. You can enter them one at a time or upload them all from an Excel spreadsheet.
Note: Whenever possible include accurate email addresses so we can send reports, suggestions and instructions to help you raise the most money possible.
  4. Print and Distribute Teacher Packet: You need to print a 1 page document that shows your teachers how to log in to Read-a-thon and add their class info.
